Trinity United Reformed Church

Trinity is an active Church for Sunday worship with five children's groups using the meeting rooms and halls. On weekdays there are a wide variety of Church and community groups using the facilities.

A big part of the Church's mission is the 'Weldon Centre', a charitable organisation providing day care Monday to Friday for mentally needy adults, providing structured support and companionship in a way that carers and relatives are unable to sustain.

The new building replaced the old hall which was once the original church. Its sloping floor was a challenge for many activities and the poor insulation and inefficient heating meant that running costs were prohibitive.

The new suite of meeting rooms provides the Church with a huge 900m2 of accommodation which can be used flexibly to cater for the needs of the many groups using the buildings on a daily basis.
